Annual Share Distribution

The Share Distribution process occurs every year on September 1, immediately following the annual Preferred Share Conversion event. All registered Executives receive their updated preferred share allocations based on the converted values calculated on August 31.

Distribution finalizes the Executive’s annual preferred share position and applies the updated values across the Keshia Services Financial Systems Network. This ensures accurate representation of Executive equity for the new fiscal cycle.

Only registered Executives with completed conversions participate in the distribution cycle. No shares are distributed until conversion is finalized and approved by Keshia Services Inc.
